LJ Plastics’ service breaks down into three fields:
• Plastic Injection Moulding, including design, prototyping and production. LJ Plastics can mould parts ranging in size from 1 gram to 4.5 kilograms, using moulding machines from 90 to 850 tonnes capacity. The company also undertakes custom mould design.
• Assembly, Packaging and Delivery. LJ Plastics undertakes assembly of completed products from the components it moulds, and will then deliver the assembly either to the customer for distribution, or to a third party for further manufacturing. The company also offers functional prototyping to test form, fit, function and regulatory compliance of its customers’ products.
• Tool-Making. LJ Plastics offers its clients toolmaking and product advice, including such aspects as colour, weight, size, materials and including the construction and assembly design and effectiveness of the completed product.
