Exit condition report done on the day we still had possession. The date listed on the form 11 notice to vacate had a date listed by T as the 26th of October 2022 midnight. The exit report and bond claim was done prior to 12:10pm that day the 26th. Money claimed to repaint house for patchy paint job. This was listed on the original condition report by myself. I've never painted the house and it's also not a responsibility of a tenant to paint a house. This was a poor paint job done by the original owner with white paint one coat over green. Hide
