For those of you who have not heard of flotation tanks (Which are still very new to Melbourne) this offers a perfectly complimentary activity to doing a yoga class, as doing Yoga before releases all the toxins from your system, increases your endorphine level and just leaves you feeling great, then jumping in to the float room gives your body a chance to relax and soak up the epsom salts that make you capable of just floating in the water without even needing to engage any muscle.
