Linfox Rockhampton, Depot Hill, QLD

After 1 singular pallet of material (render) picked up by linfox in Brisbane 8th September it has finally reached the depot in Rockhampton 22nd September. This an 8hr drive by road. The freight by rail but road services are available with linfox. After numerous phone calls and discovering that my material sat in Brisbane for over a week with no communication from the company as to why (I had to contact them) I cannot now get a phone number to call directly the Rockhampton distributor for linfox to ascertain if my order has been unloaded and ready for pick-up. Only a small order, why has this been so painful? I have called Rockhampton distributor directly myself before on many previous occasions. I have a new phone and the number unfortunately didn't transfer over. The phone number cannot be found on any search engines and the numbers I do call will not give me Rockhampton depots number. If there was a half star rating I would have used that.
