Description
Light of Care Aus is an NDIS support provider based at Huntly VIC 3551, serving participants across the City of Greater Bendigo. Our team supports people with disability across twelve service areas, including personal activities, household tasks, transport, daily living support, community participation, life skills development, employment access and supported independent living.
Support starts with listening. The team takes time to understand each participant's routine, preferences and goals before building a support plan, then works alongside family, nominees, support coordinators and plan managers where the participant chooses. Choice and control stay with the participant at every stage.
