From the moment we first visited Life Changing Beds and had a casual discussion with Di and later an in-depth discussion with Andrew we realized we had made the right decision on who we would be purchasing our new bedding. As we had previously visited other bedding stores, it quickly became evident Andrew has a great wealth of knowledge in this field accumulated from his many years of experience in the industry. We were guided through all their available bedding products and explained in precise detail the differences between all of them and what might best suit our needs. In unison, we fine-tuned our choices to our exact bedding and mattress needs as well as appropriate accessories which has now resulted in us not only having an incredible looking bedding set, but a wonderful sleeping experience. With my husband having a physical disability, Andrew was able to explain what might be most suitable and comfortable as his experience in dealing with persons with disabilities allowed him to learn from previous peoples lived experiences and pass that information onto us. It greatly benefited in the chooses we made, as we could not know what might be or not be appropriate choices that would assist in my husband's specific disability needs. We telephoned the store a couple of times with queries on our purchase and every time, every query was answered and if they were not able, they would quickly return our calls with the appropriate information. Even upon delivery, the service was immaculate. The delivery personnel were great – professional, courteous and extremely efficient – from removing the old bedding to setting up the new and explaining the automated features of the bed. It was a pleasure to have specialists like them in our home. We were never rushed and always felt they wanted us to be sure and happy about our purchase and as far as after service – it is as if we are still in the process of deciding to purchase – eager to accommodate. Highly recommend Life Changing Beds as it was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish and most important the quality of the merchandise is at the upper echelon.
