Lets Get Gardening looks after residential gardens on the Northern Beaches and lower North Shore of Sydney, based out of Davidson.

Most clients book fortnightly or monthly visits. The work goes beyond mowing. Hedges get shaped properly, beds get weeded and mulched, plants get pruned at the right time of year, and lawns get mowed as part of the visit rather than being the whole point of it. If your garden has gotten away from you, or you need a property tidied up before going on the market, there are one-off clean-ups too.

The owner does every visit. You meet him when he comes out for the quote, and he is the same person who turns up each fortnight. No subcontractors, no rotating crew. You get to know each other, and that makes a difference when it comes to knowing what needs doing in your garden without being told every time.

All the gear runs on batteries. No petrol engines, no two-stroke smell. Quiet enough that early starts don't bother the neighbours.

After each visit there is a photo of the finished work and a tax invoice through Xero. You always know what was done and what you are paying for.
