Agreed. The female pharmacist is the most incompetent and rude customer service person I have ever come across in my life. She is highly unprofessional, confrontational and takes her insecurities out on selected customers.
I would fire her - I don’t know how she has a job in a health care field with no empathy skills and little to no compassion or respect for her targets. She seems to be fine with elderly customers, or those she deems ‘inferior’ in some way. But if you are young, attractive, smart, funny, well liked - prepare yourself. She needs professional help.

I finally got back the Ballina Hospital. I have been going to chempro chemist since they have opened, l have PTSD and they failed me, very disappointed.
