Did not bother to call or message that were not coming to pre arranged booked appointment. When I called to don out why no one came got 3 different stories one which we knew not to be true as had the business card of the person we dealt with so not sure what to believe.
No thought for people staying home and changing work arrangements to have Thai done. Apology was rude and sarcastic! Would not recommend as if there was an issue I can now see they would not assist.
