Interesting comment made above, almost three years after the previous manager Tony Byron left. New management has made many improvements, fixed the leaks and keeps the complex to a much higher standard.

Most of the units at Lemke On The Park have severe black mould growth in the walls and roof as a result of roof leaks. These units have made many people sick. Tony Byron left management there because he received several threats as a result of renting people these mouldy units. He deserves a lot worse.
