I was happy and relieved that they offer a laundry service as I did not have time to wash and dry it myself. I had 7kg of laundry and was told it would be washed in a 10kg machine at $15 a load. Upon pick up I was informed that my laundry had to be split into two loads and that I would be charged $30 because 'It wouldn't wash properly in one load' What a dirty trick. I feel that I was targeted in this scam because I was passing through town and bound by time constraints. RIPPED OFF!!!
