Absolutely terrible customer service!! We had people surround our bungalow shouting, screaming, fighting, drinking and smashing furniture. Could not even leave our bungalow. Called the lake view emergency number over 6 times with NO RESPONSE> called the POLICE and no response!!! Even there was a fire, no one would of cared , Jabiru is completely ignorant of its tourists and their safety. Couldn't even go to the toilet as there was drunk aboriginals smoking drugs in there and the bathroom was adjacent to our cabin which we had paid for. This facility DOES NOT CARE about its customers and will not look after your safety in any way. We drove so far to get to this place and got no sleep or a decent shower. Did not even get acknowledged by management or get reimbursed. WORST SERVICE/FACILITY EVER.
