I am building my family home with Kraft home . At first everything was okay. I was dealing with Bickam Singh. He promised the built was 3 months after signed the building contract. However it took 1 and a half year to built . I am okay with the delay because we were in Covid. I signed the contract on May 2021 and the handover was in November 2022. The handover wasn’t professional. I didn’t receive all the warranty folder at all . During the first 3 months maintenance there were 20 items needed to be fixed. Bickam was fully aware of it . He made countless appointments and never turn up . I was sending many emails and never respond. I made many phone calls and never returned my phone call. Clearly he is running away leaving me with all those faults items. What about building warranty? Overall my experience was extremely poor; quality of work was poor; I am writing a complaint to the domestic building Victoria. Be aware of this builder. It is pretty sad there was no relationship at all. He got paid and running away with no responsibility whatsoever.
