On Monday 27th January 2023 I purchased from the local Supermarket a product called Korbond mouse trap which contained 2 traps. These traps have proven to be useless as traps, but work exceptionally well as mice feeders. I have tried two different baits and on all occasions the mice have removed the bait and themselves. I accept the traps probably were not designed by your organisation nor were they it seems product "tested". My main purpose therefore in writing is to alert your company the the unsatisfactory product operation and to give perhaps giving consideration to either accessing suitable remedial action or removing them from sale.
