General Information:
All jams / Marmalades contain in part, water, sugar, pectin, lemon juice, spices, aromatic bitters.
Home grown ingredients used when in season include: navel oranges, valencia oranges, lemonade, lemon, strawberries, ginger, and herbs.
Alcohols, depending on the recipe are selected from: Cognacs, Ports, and French Liqueurs.
Examples of my products include:
Beetroot Pickle contains: fresh beetroot, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, water, spices, and bitters.
Tomato Sauce contains: tomatoes, apples, malt vinegar, water, onions, salt, garlic, spices, and cayenne pepper.
Vegetable Mixed Pickle contains: cauliflower, capsicum, carrots, onion, zucchini, water, salt, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, spices and bitters.
Vegetable Italian-Style Pickle contains: onion, eggplant, capsicum, olives, oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, herbs, spices, salt, and bitters.
Water used is filtered to one micron through an activated carbon cartridge to lab quality.
