The Complex was established in 1996 by Sutherland Shire Residents with extensive experience in the Materials Handling Industry. The Storage Facility was purpose built to designs prepared by Professional Architects with construction by accredited and experienced Contractors using the Lift - Slab Construction Process, which coupled with a fully insulated roof in accordance with AS1903/4 provides moderate temperatures throughout the complex day and night, summer and winter. The complex is free of all asbestos based materials. The Facility is protected by back to base electronic monitoring 24 hours/day and also with industry approved fire protection equipment. Outside areas have security lighting during the hours of darkness. In addition entrances to buildings and the perimeter gate are padlocked at night. Our small but efficient facility offers superior personalised service and high security awareness. Storage aids and Packaging materials available. Kirrawee Self Storage is a member so the Self Storage Association of Australasia and abides by the Associations recommended trading practices. The Storage Agreement you will be asked to sign before storing your goods has been prepared by the Association and is designed to protect the interests of both the Customer and Facility Owner alike.
