Kingdom Krav Maga provides professional instruction in simple, effective self defence for you and your family. Our self defence techniques are easy to learn and designed to work, regardless of your size, strength or gender. Kingdom Krav Maga provides self defence training against modern street assault, including defences against weapons. Kingdom Krav Maga was established by owner and Chief Instructor David Kingdom on 01 October 2011. It is situated within the Firm Fitness Centre, at 106 Kinghorne St, Nowra, NSW Australia. You do not need to be a member of the gym to attend classes. Adult Classes are currently held at 7:15 on Thursday nights and 4:15pm on Friday afternoons. Kids classes are held on Friday afternoons at 3:40pm. Private tuition is available on request.
