Stress is held in the body and manifests in a myriad of ways. Stress may be environmental, chemical, from food, emotional or from trauma and so on.

In fact, a stressor is any agent that causes stress to an organism, including us and our body, mind and spirit.

The ways in which these stressors affect us may be, as pain, inflammation, illness, disease, fatigue, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, shyness, lack of confidence, reduced athletic performance, PMS, skin problems and so on.

As a kinesiologist I do not diagnose, nor treat, named illness or disease, but work with your body's own healing ability, by finding specific stress and the time in life from which it stems.

By locating and unblocking these stressors healing can commence, and we enable a calmer more easy going, self confident, self assured you!
