Kinesiology by Design is a holistic health practice founded by Sarah M. Towle, a qualified Naturopath, Kinesiologist and Nutritionist based in Yeppoon and Rockhampton.

Sarah works with clients of all ages, using a personalised and compassionate approach to help uncover the underlying causes of health concerns. By combining kinesiology, naturopathy, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance, she supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Sarah looks at the whole person — including physical health, stress, nutrition, hormones, digestion, and emotional wellbeing.

Through gentle muscle testing and holistic assessment, kinesiology helps identify where the body may be out of balance and what support is needed.
