Description
Our counsellors at Keia Ola Healing are accomplished counsellors with many years experience. Our main counsellor, Sue, is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Sue has worked with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
We are dedicated to helping our clients develop effective strategies and tools to address their concerns. We are outcome focused to help create lasting changes for our clients. Our counsellor, Sue, is professionally grounded and supportively guides her clients through the navigation of their issues, whilst seeking insights to identify new perspectives. She creates a safe and supportive environment to help make positive changes possible. Sue seeks to make each counselling experience constructive, whilst exploring potentially tough issues.

We understand that each client is unique. Every session is client-centred and tailored to meet the individual’s goals and personal therapeutic needs. Our counsellors integrate contemporary models of counselling into their practice such as: Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Narrative Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Creative Therapies, and the Gottman Method.
We believe that counselling can be a rewarding experience and we look forward to helping our clients achieve greater understanding, inner peace, health, and happiness.
