Very poor service. Doctors send scripts direct to the chemist so you do not have yo wait. Script was sent direct to chemist yesturday. Went to pick up today and it still had not been done. When they found the script i was told that would be a 45 to 60 minute wait. Not good enough. Should of been done and ready to collect. Katherine chemist in woolworth complex getting worse. Waiting times getting worse. Put people on that are more efficent and know what they are doing. Not impressed.
