Choose another company. No response is standard, charges are at a premium but service is abysmal. Avoid this company. Handled a deceased estate, should have finished 6 months earlier, but didn't. Then the audacity to charge multiple times for their own failure to follow up. 6 months of a couple of emails to a local bank, with 1100$ the final bill (after already paying all fee and bills) was we will just keep the final bank reimbursement as a favor or we will charge you more than that. They didn't speak to the bank, just unanswered emails at 80$ a go...and came up with the same total as the bank reimbursement. This probably could have been fixed with an email an 2 phone calls. But this company doesn't care and everyone is busy....until it's time to invoice. Avoid Kasey Wilson Law Emerald.
