Stories’ restaurant with a view. KARLA draws inspiration from the Noongar word for ‘fire’, creating a culinary haven, where modern Asian cuisine cooked over flames and coals takes centre stage.

KARLA’s culinary team is led by Thai-born Head Chef, Ben Pienprasop – formerly of Melbourne’s iconic Chin Chin and is overseen by Exec Chef, Sundoo Kim. They use only fresh, locally sourced produce and native Australian ingredients. KARLA showcases a carefully curated drinks list that features over 100 Australian wines and spirits, complimented with cocktails showcasing native Australian flair.
