Please do not use Karen if you require a completed building inspection. I had a conversation with Karen before she attended a pre purchase inspection on a property my wife and I are to purchase and in particular said we are aware of a few issues around the outside of the house and in the shed but really would like someone professional to look under the house and in the roof cavity. The day of the inspection was past and the report came in stating all the things that i had mentioned were previously known to us and when it come to the under floor inspection she had stated access was restricted by significantly restricted crawl space and access – a hornet’s nest at the entry to the area also prevented access and then at the roof inspection access was restricted by limited crawl space in some areas and the presence of snake and mice. This was not the case and i offered to sort her problems then have the inpection completed and she wanted to charge me MORE MONEY!... not a chance, just do your job correctly...
