Kaikoa Designs, Sunshine Beach

KaiKoa Designs was born from the burning passion and love of the ocean creators Marc and Sally have. We feel it is
part of our responsibility to help protect our beautiful beaches which inspired the name KaiKoa (pronounced kye-KO-uh). This is why our ocean inspired jewellery is not only stunning to wear, and handmade with the utmost care but a reminder to protect what we come to enjoy and love so much.
Originating from the Hawaiian language, KaiKoa means guardian of the sea and as ocean conservationists we feel this name is very fitting. We believe in forging and finishing each individual piece of beach inspired jewellery by hand, using ancient techniques, including the lost wax method, and through sustainable practices.
Our pieces are made from high quality 925 sterling silver, which means they can withstand any occasion while still bringing happiness to those who wear them. We ship our unique ocean inspired jewellery all over the world, and they can also be found at the local markets around the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
For us it is about more than just creating something you’ll wear- when someone buys one piece or all their jewellery from us, they become part of this wonderful cause. We have joined forces with Tangaroa Blue foundation, to help our beautiful blue planet overcome the mounting issue with marine debris.
As a small business we take steps every day to continue to lessen our environmental impact. With this we strive to send all our stunning pieces of jewellery to you in compostable and reusable packaging.
