justin has been tuning our Yamaha grand for over 8 years now, having taken over from his uncle,Tony Caught,. In that tome he has moved our piano whilst we renovated, and we have nothing but admiration for the skill and professionalism he has shown towards our piano

We have used Justin on 2 occasions now to move our 80 year old piano. Justin has also tuned our piano. He provides prompt, reliable, professional and friendly service. We have recommended Justin to a number of our friends with pianos and will have no hesitation to continue recommending his service. Thanks Justin for the great service!

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Aggressive, rude and unwilling to take responsibility for poor work. Deceptive and insincere. Justin recently moved my piano for me when I moved house. It is my most prized possession and was an 18th birthday gift from my parents. I advised him before he started that last time it was moved one of the wheels was damaged. Instead of avoiding putting the weight of the piano on the opposite side he then proceeded to tip the piano up on that side and snapped the wheel clean off. The piano dropped with an almighty clunk. He then moved the piano all by himself, which I'm not sure is appropriate as when I have had it moved in the past with professional movers there were 2 people. When he arrived at the new house he was somehow able to snap an undamaged wheel off of the other side. He claimed that this was due to construction which at the time I foolishly accepted. He offered to come back another day to put new wheels on which he had at home which would cost $60 for antique wheels or $120 for brand new wheels. He did not want to screw the old wheels back on even though we had the tools available. So $200 later I had a broken and roughly handled piano in my lounge. He came back a few days later unfortunately when I was not home and instead of screwing new wheels on as agreed he screwed the old ones back on and took my money. So in conclusion I paid $200 for him to break my piano and then $60 to fix what his poor work had broken in the first place. I rang him to ask why he had taken the money when he had not put new wheels on and he argued that it was not the wheels he had charged for but his travel costs. I told him that I felt as though I had been fooled by him because he could have just put the old wheels back on that day and not charged me at all in that case. We argued on the phone and I got upset, told him that I didnt have time to deal with dishonest idiots like him and I hung up. Soon after he sent me a text message asking for my bank details to put $30 in the following day. As yet I have not seen this money and it has been more than a week. I sent him a text asking if he had transferred the money and he sent an abusive message in reply. Disgraceful behaviour and lack of integrity.
