Then deciding to try his skills in the most competitive real estate area in Australia on the beautiful Gold Coast. After a good grounding in this dynamic but very cut throat industry he then became the franchise owner of Raine & Horne, Palm Beach / Currumbin & Elanora Qld. office's for over 4 years. He obtained his full real estate licence No.2601525 in 1996. Then moving on to become an independent agent with a successful record in marketing & selling upmarket homes, units & land on the Southern end of the Gold Coast with his own Palm Beach/Elanora Property Sales business at Elanora. Selling this business to then work as a Sales Manager for AVEO.
