Just Commodore Spares at Gillies Plains has the worst customer service i have ever had from a car parts store. I purchased a "New" automatic aerial for my Holden and within 3 weeks the aerial shaft had snapped. I went back to them and asked why a new motor and shaft would break so quickly. Their reply was that it was a second hand part. Not happy! After alot of arguing with the owner he agreed to replace the shaft, within 2 weeks it had broken again so i decided i will do it myself. While removing the shaft they put in i noticed that it was rubbing within the wheel arch which they assured me they check when they install them. rubbish! I also got them to install 2 new front bonnet struts which only lasted a year, i suspect they where second hand too because my new ones work so much better than theirs ever did. it would have been nice if they could have at least installed them without threading the screw head though. I also purchased a CD stacker from them, im waiting for something to go wrong with that too now. Massive fail for these guys!!!
