Ordered a Teepee on the 4/9/20, only received confirmation of order, no invoice. Website states 24hr shipment I’m still waiting it’s now Tues 20/10/20. It was very difficult to contact anybody when I eventually did I was told the item was out of stock did not mention this when I ordered and paid in full. Also told that it would be delivered by 8/10/20 ( didn’t arrive ) I spoke with somebody last week and was told it would be here on the 27/10/20. Terrible company, customer service is non existent I will NOT be shopping here again. Consumer Affairs will be my next call if this doesn’t arrive by the 27th
