I had decided to support small business in my bathroom makeover so I brought all my goods from John L Fisher Port Macquarie, very helpful first up as a large sum of money was spent on site, as the bath arrived so did the nightmare, the bath turned up with marks, scratches, dents, more like a display unit not a new price unit upon ringing and pointing out the defects in the bath I was than giving the run around how there was only a 48 hr turn around on products and all the buck passing in the book told it should have turned up in a crate when the truth slipped out that it turned up in a cupboard box one could only think it may have been a second? And than purchased a grate system only to find the grate missing from box, phone call to Fishers and told that they would not give me another one because they said they checked the box as it was in there, the box was only opened yesterday by the tiler it came to me sealed funny turn around when my tiler confirmed that the grate was missing from the box the man in ? Said he would order one, clearly one could think here that if you are a woman they will lie to you, and try to sell you seconds but charge full price, we all try to support small business but with service like this one can only think and know in this case it was a big mistake.
