Jim's Cleaning Ellenbrook, Swan View, WA

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jim's Cleaning Ellenbrook and would strongly advise staying clear of this dodgy business. I received a quote of nearly $700 for a full house clean, which was supposed to be a two-day job for my very small 3x2 home, i thought it was expensive but thought i would be left with a spotless home. The quote included a detailed list of tasks such as wiping down walls and cleaning under the fridge. I was a away for work and had a friend go unlock the home, the cleaners arrived late and only worked for 4 hours with 3 people. They failed to clean anything on the list properly, and many tasks were left completely undone. When the staff was questioned about the incomplete work, they argued and were defensive. I sent an email and requested different cleaners to come back and complete the job as quoted. Instead, I received a nonsensical email full of excuses, and the same cleaners returned. The second visit was just as disastrous. They wiped a couple of walls, vacuumed, wiped the showers, and again argued when I pointed out the incomplete tasks. They claimed that not everything on the list was included in their cleaning services. Essentially, I paid nearly $700 for a basic clean that was far from satisfactory. To rectify the situation, I hired a private cleaner who completed a thorough job in 3-4 hours for under $200. This experience left me extremely out of pocket and delayed my process of having the property ready for my new tenant. Overall, Jim's Cleaning Ellenbrook provided a poor service, failed to meet their quoted tasks, and caused significant inconvenience. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
