The administrative staff of RPS is excellent, responsive & courteous. The satisfaction survey response to negative ratings was a cherry ‘we will be in touch to assist you’, which of course did not happen. As managing agents, this organisation completely fails in communication with owners, honesty in responses, timeliness of distribution of owners’ information, lacks the ability to liaise with professional consultants but insists on overriding owners qualifications, expertise & experience in so doing & fails in customer service & courtesy. Rudeness to owners, propagation of lies and gossip and not responding to emails, claiming ‘I get thousands of emails weekly’ and ‘it’s not important’ and ‘I’m very concerned about my work/life balance’ are some examples of statements made by our managing agent. And yes, they will soon be removed and no, no one else speaks well of them, but why should this behaviour be tolerated by the regulatory authorities? Look elsewhere for any competence or excellence in strata management
