Jacquie Bicknell & Sally Thomas, Kalamunda, WA

I saw Dr Bicknell first about two years ago and she was at that time ,very helpful although she did call me "very effeminate arent you and does this offend you ?" I let the matter rest.......So after having been used and abused by my brother and had my inheritance from my Father stolen last year and his Will changed so I had to pay for his funeral etc ....I booked another 6 sessions with her a few months ago .... whilst talking about how my family were treating me she says casually looks me up and down"oh well ,they probably think youre fat and ugly"! i was so shocked I couldn't talk .....She then goes on to say "well youre brother is the practical sensible one whilst you are emotional and unstable "! I wanted to hit her after that and walked out after being casually dismissed with "oh well I spose we can do some EMDR"....I cancelled the other appointments immediately ...I came away feeling MUCH worse and totally rejected .....This behaviour is disgusting and she should remember what she's employed to do ......I would hate anyone else to be exposed to this totally rude and hurtful ,unprofessional attitude . either that or she should quit. i will never seek psych treatment again !
