iTALiAN ARTiSANS is a pet project from Tony Nicolini. Having founded the multi-award winning Pizza Espresso, Carlton Espresso & DOC Group of restaurants, he has now moved on and brings us a simple considered Pizzeria in Albert Park.
iTALiAN ARTiSANS is producing some of Melbourne’s Best Pizza. Playful & entertaining. This is a Salumi, Award Winning Pizza & Wine Store with a difference. Once dubbed by The Age Epicure as The Pizza King, Tony’s journey is a cultural one.
For us it’s more than a love of food, it’s a love of craft & community here in Albert Park. Our journey encompasses getting to know our suppliers, sharing their stories & showcasing their products.
