Ison and Co Pty Ltd have also expanded their products, not just stocking the traditional timber, hardware and building products, Ison and Co Pty Ltd also stock a range of gas supplies, welding supplies, sand, soil and gravel products – other products not in stock can be sourced for the customer. All products are available for pick up or delivery. In addition to products Ison and Co Pty Ltd also operate a crane, truck, tilt tray, loader and cherry picker hire business.

Ison and Co Pty Ltd also has a store Manager for each of the four stores, a Human Resource Manager, Timber Purchasing Officer, a general Purchasing Officer, a mobile Sales Representative and a Logistics / Transport Manager. Overall Ison and Co Pty Ltd employ approximately 97 staff. All accounts are dealt with in the Bridge Road store.
