This means homes are individually designed by taking into account the client's ideas, their lifestyle and family requirements. The IQH team is: The Managing Director, Steven Knight, has over 25 years experience within the industry. He is responsible for coordinating the sales function and guiding the company into the future. The Interior Designer, Caitlin Doughty (B. DES), ensures clients receive a professional and quality finish to their home by assisting with their selections of internal fittings and colours. The Estimator/Draftsman, Nick Fitsialos, has many years of experience and ensures that quotations are competitive and reflect all aspects of the client's requirements. The Financial Controller, Mike Evans (B of Comm. FIPA) has extensive experience as an Accountant & Financial Controller and applies his expertise to all fiscal matters within the company along with maintaining system databases. Office Manager, is responsible for accounts & administration, building contracts and other legal matters whilst maintaining a smooth running office.
