To anyone who’s in Sydney that’s looking for strata management for their building please do your review research to avoid getting caught up with unprofessional and unreliable companies out there I resided in a building for 20 years as an owner & committee member when things go wrong in our building complex such electrical plumbing or roof leaks & repairs the above management is poorly to react in emergency cases use’s short cuts to avoid high costs which in the result of hiring unqualified people to carry out all sorts of work that in a short period has to be redone our building was left in a dangerous mess and an expensive bill to replace & repairs all their organised undertaking works on our property By international strata management not highly recommended
