Remedial and Sports massage for postural problems, muscle spasm, tears and pain, repetitive strain, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, sinusitis, lung conditions, digestive disturbances including constipation, and sports injuries, TMJ Dysfunction, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, pre and post event sports treatment.
Lymphatic drainage improves your immune system, decreases fluid retention especially in limbs after surgery where lymph nodes are removed; helps chronic fatigue and fibromalgia, sinusitis, constipation, post- operative swelling and bruising, scarring from injuries and operations, acne. Gentle, deeply relaxing treatment; Bowen technique gently treats muscle and fascial pain, allergies, asthma, TMJ dysfunction. This is a pain free technique with gentle movements made at different points of the body to interact with the Nervous System and the Muscular system to bring elongation of muscles, release of fascia and healing at many levels. This technique is performed while clothed.
Pregnancy massage alleviates postural deviations, improve circulation, reduce fluid retention, calms emotions and hormone fluctuations and relaxs all the body systems.. Using a pregnancy pillow, mums-to-be can lie face down supported in a comfortable neutral position.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle pain free approach to healing mainly working with the head spine & sacrum but bringing balance, peace and healing to the whole body. Deeply relaxing and healing at many levels.
Myofascial Release elongates and releases restricted fascia (connective tissue) to improve range of motion, relaxation and tissue regeneration
Polarity Therapy with Reiki are two gentle energetic approaches combined to reconnect mind and body, reducing connective tissue and organ dysfunction, reduces anxiety, improved body awareness and connectedness, brings peace and acceptance when life is challenging.
