Anita uses up-to-date evidence based practice to deliver individualised animal assisted therapy, expressive therapy, walk and talk therapy, and online therapy. Anita will listen to you closely and create a safe space where you can speak about things that feel unsafe or overwhelming. The focus will be on your personal goals and Anita will work alongside you as you rediscover your voice, your power and your hope.

Anita and her 4 year old Labrador are the only certified canine therapy team in the Wodonga area. Canine assisted therapy has been shown to meet the human needs of attention, affection and connection, resulting in positive effects on the nervous system, a reduction in stress and anxiety in the body and the promotion of communication, rational thinking and problem solving.

Anita’s dream is to continue to support those who are hurting to find joy, self-acceptance and confidence alongside Bacardi's unconditional acceptance, support, and love.
