Our modern, family-friendly facility specialises in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and offers classes for children 2yrs+ (juniors) and adults. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels including beginner & intermediate and advanced and include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Women only BJJ classes, Yoga and Pilates.
