I had the worst customer service ever at the Piedamontes IGA Fitzroy north. 3 x items on special scanned at full price (but discount price displayed on the shelf and in the IGA brochure). The manager came and told me that the lowest price item ($2.50) was free but the other that was all. I showed him the store policy displayed on the wall that states for items under $20 that are charged an inaccurate higher price are free (not just one cheapest item). He was so rude, uncaring and would not even look at their own sign. He said 'the sign doesn't matter! Take it to Consumer affairs!' And walked off. I would never recommend anyone shoos here when clearly they don't value their customers and sneakily don't honour the discounts they advertise.
