Once a customer has given us their wish list we offer a full, free, no obligation, no pressure shop at home service with our qualified measurer coming to their home and bringing samples of the products they were interested in in-store. That way, they can view them in the comfort of home, in their lighting, with their furnishings so that they can formulate an accurate assessment of how the product will look on completion of their job.
We hold all our installers accountable to high standards of customer service when they are in customers homes fitting the products. All our installers have over ten years experience in their trade. We also like to instill in them the understanding that their job is about more than their pay cheque and how the job is done. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
We offer our customers many options in the fitting stage including a complete service which involves removing furniture, take-up and removal of old products, fitting of new and replacing furniture. We always do our upmost to ensure a seamless-as-possible transition period when swapping over their products from old to new.
Our staff has over 90 combined years of experience in the floor covering/window fashions industry and we look forward to helping our customers see their dreams become reality.
