Plans have taken beyond a year to get right - despite many requests. The proprietor continues to say "i'll do it tomorrow". The project has stalled, delivering the works has been impossible and this has cost inordinate amounts of money. Seems like a decent, nice guy - and I have been trying to do whatever I can to help him fix the plans to the desired outcome - including attending site, taking photos, drawing up annotations myself - but I still cant seem to get him to fix the pans. Difficult to recommend. I'd like to be able to recommend this guy - but I don't think I can unless he can turn things around faster and with higher accuracy. A year is way too long for a basic replica of the existing structure.
