Welcome to Sydney's first brothless ramen specialist at Haymarket. Mazesoba is a cousin of ramen which replaces the broth base with an umami soy sauce.
Our special signature noodles are thick and chewy and are made in house by our dedicated chefs so you know they are fresh. They are specially prepared to mix with our tasty sauces, fragrant oils and yummy toppings. Choose from a delicious selection of toppings that includes pork belly chashu, onsen egg and spicy pork mince. Mix it up and enjoy!
