Extremely poor service. I would avoid

Such a shame that this store has no sense of customer service and cannot think outside the square to encourage customers to shop at the store. I went there, new to the area, happy that there was a IGA store near me, after an advertised special from the cataloge delivered to me I was off handedly told they did not have the item advertised and brushed me off as if I were to have somehow known. They could not care less that I had made a special trip to buy the meat and then treated me as if I was stupid for expecting it to be available. I was not given any offer or a rain check or help to buy something else. Instead I left a full trolley of other items and vowed not to shop there. I will encourage others not to go there also. Such a shame. Such poor service and will be letting their superiors know.
