Check their facebook reviews before you use Ice blast We have Daikin ducted air it wasn't working properly they sent a tech out to diagnose the problem he said it was a leak and said another team would have to come out to repair it but still charged $235. Another tech came out about a week later he said it wasn't a leak it needed a coil which they would have to get in and charged another $265. The air was partially working in the first place by time the 2nd techs finished it is not working at all. My wife sent them an email explaining she has a medical condition and needed the air condition fixed urgently, we received a phone call to say they weren't coming back to fix it, they advised they don't handle warranty issues their comment "Daikin Australia hold the warranty for your system not Ice Blast Pty Ltd therefore Daikin Australia would be the best people to contact regarding warranty matters." I would not recommend Ice Blast for installation or repairs
