Hunter & Barrel is one of the most exciting restaurants in the new heart of Parramatta’s CBD. Our George Street restaurant location opened in June 2023 and is ideally positioned with direct ferry access and key attractions bordering the precinct.

The Meriton suites complex on George St, Parramatta brings together the best of dining and living. The new home of Hunter & Barrel, offering a unique dining experience – the Hunter’s way. Modern in design, but inspired by the raw elements of nature, our freshly opened venue oozes sophistication and welcomes you in with the sounds of a crackling fire and the smells of mouth-watering, sizzling fare.

With Autumn and Winter fast approaching, Hunter & Barrel has curated a legendary selection of dishes for you to taste the flavours of the season. Feast on signature dishes like fire-roasted skewers, eight-hour ribs, and premium steaks including Wagyu and our 1.1kg Tomahawk. Discover favourites like Humpty Doo Barramundi and Creamed Spinach Mac & Cheese. Hungry for dessert? Try our iconic chocolate s’more, basque cheesecake or cronut.
