Description
Our Australian made horse floats are uniquely made so the horses comfort and safety whilst travelling are paramount. Our patented chest bar system has 5 horizontal settings and the bum bars have 3 height settings, ensuring your horses are safely secured in the closest bar setting. Our angled walls give horses the extra leg room they need to widen, balance and stabilise themselves during the movement of the float.
Horses don't have to work as hard to keep standing up, and don't arrive exhausted and sweating, as well as being anxious when they arrive to your event.
Company description
Our smallest models the Winton and the Longreach actually have sloped walls. This gives an extra 22cm per bay. The larger Condamine has internal sloped walls and a wider body for larger horses. The sloped wall feature is actually a safe tack box with heaps of storage. All of our anti-scramble floats have the adjustable chest bar system, which acts like a seat belt holding horses in safely and keeping them upright.
Almost none of our horses ever scramble in our floats, but if they do, we look at their previous behaviour and have our designer and horse trainer John Chatterton to work with them, and find out the cause of their distress.
