They don’t even have their own building license. They have made fake emails that they use under name of someone else. Took 23 months to complete our house, no rent reimbursement, incomplete work, lots of maintenance issues and still some of them are undone. The most important is no sense of communicating, will always try to put construction on hold. Pressurised me and my pregnant wife, it was the most stressful time of our lives. I know many other people who are stuck with them, no work done after initial stage and left the site as it is. They even had no complete knowledge to get the building permits. They will use different materials than what they show during colour selection or what is written in the contract. No cleaning was done during handover, all the rubbish was left in the garage for us to clean it. Even during constrUction period the site is always left dirty full of garbage. Showed us home of Vaishali( Vish / Cass) one of their partner by telling us it’s one of their clients home being built. They turn your dream house into a nightmare you would’ve never thought of. ……
