Holistic Disability Solutions is a person-centred aged care & NDIS provider delivering high-quality disability support services across the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Our focus is on empowering individuals with disabilities to live with greater independence, dignity, and connection within their communities. We work closely with participants, families, and Support Coordinators to provide practical supports that align with each participant’s individual goals and aspirations.

Holistic Disability Solutions was established by a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of experience across healthcare, aged care, and disability services. This clinical background strengthens our ability to deliver safe, reliable, and responsive support, particularly for participants with complex health needs. Our service model combines professional clinical oversight with compassionate, everyday support that respects the person behind the plan.

We recognise that choosing an NDIS provider is a deeply personal decision. Participants and families are often navigating vulnerable and important moments in their lives. Our role is not simply to deliver a service but to build trusted relationships where individuals feel respected, heard, and supported. We take time to understand what matters most to each participant and ensure that supports reflect their preferences, culture, routines, and personal goals.

Our supports focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life. We assist participants with everyday activities such as personal care, household tasks, and daily routines so they can maintain comfort and stability at home. We also support individuals to participate in social, economic, and community activities, helping them build confidence, maintain relationships, and stay connected with the wider community.

In addition to daily living supports, Holistic Disability Solutions provides community nursing care delivered by a Registered Nurse. This includes clinical oversight, health monitoring, medication support, and coordination of care for participants with complex health requirements. Our nursing knowledge allows us to safely support participants whose needs may cross both disability and health systems.

Our approach is collaborative and person-centred. We work closely with Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and families to ensure supports are well coordinated and responsive to changing needs. Clear communication, reliability, and accountability are central to how we operate. Participants and referrers know they can rely on us to follow through and provide consistent support.

We proudly serve communities throughout the Mid North Coast region, including Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Kempsey, Taree, and surrounding areas. As a local provider, we understand the importance of community connection, accessibility, and responsive support in regional areas.
